Terms and conditions of participation

Duration of the competition:

• January 23, 2026 to and including February 1, 2026 (11:59 PM).

Participation:

• Participation in the competition is done by filling out a form on the following petfoods : https://tundra-petfoods.de/create-your-own-product/ .
• The following information is required for participation: email address, first name, last name.
• Participation is only possible within the aforementioned participation period. The form must be completed by February 1, 2026 (11:59 PM) at the latest to be eligible to participate in the competition.
• Only one entry per participant is permitted, and therefore only one entry is allowed in the competition.

Eligibility:  

• Natural persons aged 18 and over who reside in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate.
• Participation is excluded for employees of the organizer and their family members.

Profit:

The following prizes will be awarded: 5x a TUNDRA dog prey box

Profit determination and notification:

• The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries by means of a random draw among all participants.
• The prize will only be handed over to the winner.
• No exchange or cash payment of the prize is possible. The winners of the raffle will be notified shortly.

Liability:

• The organizer accepts no liability whatsoever for the existence of the technical requirements for timely participation in the competition or the dispatch of the prizes.

Data protection:

• Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant confirms that the personal information provided, in particular first name, last name and email address, is truthful and correct.
• The participant may revoke their consent at any time. Revocation must be submitted in writing to the contact details of the organizer provided in the legal notice at https://tundra-petfoods.de/ . Upon revocation of consent, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately petfoods

Applicable law:

• Questions or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to the organizer. Contact information can be found at: petfoods . Legal recourse is excluded.
