Terms and conditions of participation Duration of the competition:

January 2024 to April 30, 2024 (11:59 PM).

Participation:

Participation in the prize draw is achieved by purchasing one or more TUNDRApetfoodsand by filling out an entry form on the following website: https://tundra-petfoods.de/schnappdirdeinebeute/ The website can be accessed via a QR code on the promotional materials for the prize draw.
To participate, the following information is required: email address, first name, last name, street and house number, city and photo of the receipt.
Participation is only possible within the aforementioned participation period. The form must be completed by April 30, 2024 (23:59) at the latest to be eligible to participate in the competition.
Only one entry per participant is permitted, and therefore only one entry is allowed in the competition.

Eligibility:

Natural persons aged 18 and over who reside in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate.
Participation is excluded for employees of the organizer and their family members.

Profit: The following prizes will be awarded:

Profit determination and notification:

The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries by means of a random draw among all participants.
The prize will only be handed over to the winner.
No exchange or cash payment of the prize is possible. The winners of the raffle will be notified shortly.

The organizer accepts no liability whatsoever for the existence of the technical requirements for timely participation in the competition or the dispatch of the prizes.

Data protection:

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant confirms that the personal information provided, in particular first name, last name and email address, is truthful and correct.
In the event of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the organizer's website and social media platforms.
The participant may revoke their consent at any time. Revocation must be submitted in writing to the contact details of the organizer provided in the legal notice at https://tundra-petfoods.de/. Upon revocation of consentpetfoodsthe participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.
